 Chick cages

   Cage Eyes

The splitter wires are designed to allow light and air to circulate inside the cage. The floor of the cage is made of galvanized sheet metal wire with diameters (19 x 19) mm, and because of this feature, the floor of the cage does not need plastic nets. In order not to be annoyed and not to injure the chicks and to freely rotate inside the cage, the floor of the cage was reinforced with two twisted reinforcing wires of 3 mm in diameter.

The back and front cage eyes are separated by the splitter wire method. Cage covers run horizontally, making them easy to open and close. The size of the cages is 65 x 125 cm (capacity of 30 chicks).

  Irrigation system

There are 4 metal nipples on the PVC pipe that passes lengthwise from the middle part of the mesh partition side panels of the cage to the end. There are V-shaped draining boats directly below that prevent the water from reaching the compost strip. The water coming from the network is sent to the PVC pipes by suitable pressure with the tank. There is a water tank on each floor, and our irrigation system uses long-lasting stabilizers with increased permeability.

    Feeding system

Our feeding system is with trolley system which is the ideal and preferred method in the poultry sector. Where the feed is delivered to the feed ponds in an even and healthy manner using the feed dispenser. In addition, it prevents the consumption of excess feed by ensuring safe, equal and rapid distribution. Our feeding system mechanism operates automatically and automatically by motors ranging from 0.75 HP to 1 HP. Our feed buckets are manufactured from galvanized sheet metal with rivets and rivets. The feed is ideally distributed on the feeding trolleys by means of spirals passing through the 127-diameter tubes of the feed silo. Feed feeders mixed in equal quantities are designed to reach every floor without overflowing. Filling is controlled by control switches located at the beginning of the feeding system. To control this system, there are control connections at the end of the incubator and an electrical panel for these connections, which control the distribution of feed.

    Manure cleaning system

The manure is conveyed by the polypropylene (plastic) fertilizer belt, which is located under each floor and runs along the cage, and the manure is transferred to the vacuum tape. Motion is provided in the transmission process by Mators. At the end of each floor there are manure scrapers above the compost tape; The manure is discharged to a manure dump conveyor located at the back end of the cage. A protective curtain is placed at the back of the cage to prevent manure splash contamination. The bearing rollers on the heads are covered with special rubber. First class material is used in control panels used in fertilizer transportation system.
