Broiler Chicken Cages

 Broiler Chicken Cages

The Cage

All materials used are made of hot-dip galvanized sheets and wire. The length of the single incubator cage is 2400 mm, its width is 1350 mm and its height is 750 mm. The floor of the incubator is made of plastic, with perforated tractors, in order for the waste to fall into the compost conveyor, which is located under each floor. There are 8 plastic racks in each incubator. When it's time to ship the chicken, the plastic racks are pulled out and the chickens fall onto the compost strip to be transported to the back of the indoor chicken conveyor. Then the chickens are transferred outside the barn. All transfer operations are done automatically as it is controlled from the control panel.

Polypropylene plastic racks are also an important feature in terms of compost cleaning, ventilation and ammonia prevention at the same time.

Feeding System

The feeding system is by cart and is an ideal feeding method preferred in the poultry sector, as it ensures that the feed reaches the feed troughs evenly and hygienically using, and at the same time prevents overflow and consumption of feed. The mechanism of our feeding system is automated and semi-automatic by means of rope motors ranging in power from 0.75 - 2 HP. Our feeding carts are manufactured from galvanized iron. The feed is perfectly distributed to the feeding carts by means of screws that pass through pipes 107 and 127 in diameter, which vary according to the cage capacity of the silos.

The feeding system, which is supplied in equal quantity is designed to reach each floor separately without overflowing. It is controlled by switches on the control panel by means of sensors located in the front of the forager to ensure quick distribution. At the end of the system there are control connections linked to the electrical control board for these connections.

Irrigation system

Each incubator is provided with 8 square nipples, and in order to prevent excess water from falling into the compost conveyor, there are plastic nibs under each nibble. The irrigation system is controlled in light of the age of the chicks by means of iron pieces attached to a rope to raise and lower the drinkers from up to 16 weeks of age. The water reaches the front of the cage, where there are water tanks with a capacity of 5 liters. Water reaches from the large tanks located at the front of the barn. Then the water is distributed to each floor separately. There is a transparent hose at the end of each floor to see if the water reaches the back of the line.

Broiler Conveying System

When it is time to ship the chicken, the plastic racks on which the chicken is located are pulled out and the chickens are dropped on the compost strip to be moved to the back of the internal chicken conveyor. Then the chickens are transported out of the barn by the external conveyor. All transfer operations are done automatically as it is controlled from the control panel.

Fertilizer Discharge System

The compost is conveyed by a polypropylene (plastic) compost tape, which is located under each floor and runs along the length of the cage, and the compost is conveyed to the compost conveyor belt. The transportation process is controlled by motors located on each floor. By means of skimmers on each floor at the back of the compost conveyor, the wastes reach the compost conveyor at the end of the fold perfectly. There is a protective curtain behind the cage to prevent contamination that occurs as a result of fertilizer scattering during transportation. The carrier rollers are painted at the end of the floor with a plastic stretchy plastic stain. A first-class material is used in the control panels used in the fertilizer conveying system.
