    Our egg collecting system is the waterfall system. The eggs are collected on the strips of eggs furnished along the cage. The eggs are collected from all floors and lines separately, and the transmission process is for one egg, so the eggs are transported sensitively and with high accuracy to the elevator. And the collection system for eggs is fixed, with the aim of reducing the percentage of broken eggs to a minimum. Being our fully automatic egg collection system, the egg strips are cleaned with the brush at the end of each floor on and the eggs are shipped to the system clean. Conveyor mators, elevator mators, and egg-bar mats are first-class motors and engines with power of 1-1,5HP are selected. And the system is controlled automatically and manually.

    There is an electrical panel that contains the currents of the motors and switches through which the stopping and movement of the system is controlled. Our egg collection system is a model in which we obtained a utility model certificate and a design certificate.
